Roadshow Build

With 3 months to go until 'go live' in 2023, a brand moving to a new sales model wanted to help the network. Once they were sure of the deadline; they wanted a series of engaging roadshows. They had some messages they wanted delivered to the network but were also keen to engage them in the change.

By running a survey with the network, we knew that they didn't really understand the need for the change but crucially, still had open questions on the processes themselves, even after having the training. We found that teams in the network wanted to really understand the new system and processes and also have the opportunity to talk through their concerns .
Solve>
Having a series of assets built that fitted together across the course of the day, interweaved with the critical brand messages (and some decent snack breaks!), meant a roadshow built for success. They addressed the participants questions, concerns and gave them a forum for dialogue. The feedback score was 4.5 out of 5 and the build of the roadshow was the basis for 2 further brands to deliver a different type of intervention.
Fun Factor:
The quiz! Everyone loves a bit of competition and it sharpened up participants knowledge!
