Retailer Conference Script

It's 2022 and an OEM is heading towards a national retailer conference at pace. The global team have amended the schedule around due to availability (diaries can always change!) and it's given the UK team more time than anticipated to talk to their network ahead of an huge transformation.

Spending a short time with large groups of the leadership team; at first listening and then asking questions…as well as listening (!)…we started to understand what messages the team wanted to deliver. We combined this with our understanding of the retailer audience and what questions they would likely have and what they wanted to know about. With a tight schedule we drafted and agreed a script with more than 48 hours until reherasals to spare!
Solve>
The script went well at rehearsals and with one of us on hand for some last minute tweaks, was ready for the conference itself. The result? The retailers were engaged and asked new questions they'd not thought of before; opening the floor for some valuable dialogue. We think the great team who delivered were the stars of the show though!
Fun Factor:
Tight deadlines galore; this was great to really drive the delivery of a script. Sometimes little time is fun enough!
